Abhishek is a Mumbai-based solicitor with over two decades of experience in real estate matters. He has previously been a partner at leading Indian law firms, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co., and is widely regarded for his expertise in structuring, negotiating, and drafting documentation for large and complex real estate projects.
He has built a strong reputation for providing commercially sound, high-quality legal advice while safeguarding client interests. Abhishek’s practice covers a broad spectrum of real estate assets, including IT/ITES parks, SEZs, data centres, logistics and warehousing facilities, malls, agricultural land, redevelopment projects, as well as residential and commercial/retail developments.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek trained at Wadia Ghandy, where he received formative mentorship that laid the foundation for his long-standing and successful real estate practice.

He regularly advises multi-State co-operative banks on legal and operational issues, including retail and secured lending, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
Vaibhav has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating content production and allied agreements, as well as technology and software contracts, including development, services, licensing, technology transfer. He also advises defence-sector enterprises on commercial contracts and technology collaborations.
