Undertaking comprehensive legal due diligence including corporate, contractual, regulatory, and compliance reviews, and advising on transaction risks and mitigation strategies.
Structuring and advising on domestic and cross-border joint ventures, strategic alliances, and collaboration arrangements;
Drafting, and negotiating joint venture agreements, collaboration agreements, governance frameworks, and exit arrangements;
Advising on operational matters, deadlock resolution, transfer restrictions, and dispute management in joint venture structures.
Advising private equity funds, venture capital investors, and portfolio companies on investments across growth, late-stage, and structured funding rounds;
Structuring and drafting equity, preference share, convertible, and hybrid investment documentation, including investment agreements and shareholders’ arrangements;
Advising on exits, secondary transactions, and investor-led restructuring and buy-out transactions.
Advising on protection, licensing, assignment, and enforcement of intellectual property rights;
Drafting and negotiating technology licensing agreements, master services agreements, information technology agreements etc.
Advising on regulatory and contractual matters for technology companies, digital platforms, media houses, and entertainment businesses;
Drafting and negotiating content acquisition, production, distribution agreements, cast & crew agreements, endorsement agreements, and media production documentation for feature films, OTT/television content, advertisement, sponsorship, talent management.

Advising on dispute strategy, interim reliefs, enforcement of contractual rights, and settlement negotiations;
Handling high-value and complex disputes arising from corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions including inter-shareholders’ disputes/family disputes etc.
Advising financial creditors, operational creditors, corporate/individual debtors, guarantors and resolution applicants under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016;
Representing clients before the National Company Law Tribunal and appellate forums.
Advising on succession planning, estate structuring, and inter-generational wealth transfer;
Drafting wills, codicils, private trusts, family arrangements, and succession-related documentation;
Representing clients in succession, inheritance, and estate administration matters.
